1st Dec., We successfully completed a week-long training about Enterprise Performance Management .The main contents of the training are the aims and significances of EPM ,How to set and achieve work-ralated goals , the standard and method of PEM,The outstanding staffs rewards method.During the training,everybody took an active discussion and gave opinions . This Training ,new and old Employees have a more thorough understanding to the EPM and played,thus, played an active part in stimulating employees.
