There was a team building training in Kangfeng Group on March 9th 2012. The training aimed to foster a spirit of teamwork. The activities were not only entertainment but also educational. The trust and responsibility game of two people with free fall, caught by other people standing behind,five people make a breakthrough together ,training team up to the defined goal had all participants learned knowledge in a relaxed environment and applied to teamwork .In the last part, the declaration of life inspired all participates team spirit, team morale, sense of responsibility and confidence. This training let us feel the strength of the collective and the importance of teamwork.
